Facebook changes a security risk, say privacy advocates

"TEACHERS, government staff, police and celebrities using Facebook will be exposed and put at risk of trolling and cyber attacks after a raft of security changes announced by the social media network yesterday, privacy advocates say.

As part of new settings to be rolled out across the network from next week, Facebook is scrapping users' ability to prevent strangers from finding them by name, saying the tool is ''confusing''."
