"The Vermont Attorney General's Office will not appeal a judge's
decision making public a police video of the driving while intoxicated
arrest of State Auditor Thomas Salmon last year.
Washington

adverse ruling. The deadline expired during the weekend.
Attorney
General William Sorrell said Monday that the state would wait for a
different public records case to send to the state's highest court."
